I was doing some testing this weekend and the nitrous system started giving me fits. Intake backfiring on activation. I'm overhauling the nitrous system now. I found some crossleaking in my injection nozzles and I'm trying to bandaid the situation. Not enough time to make new stainless nozzles like I'd like to. I'm going to be rebuilding the solenoids too.
Stress is high for me at the moment. I'm trying to make a test and tune at Barona this weekend. Last chance for testing before Pinks.

Great, we need all the SW folks we can get! Will be nice to meet you too. You bringing the T? Which day(s) will you be there? some are going for test and tune, others for Saturday runs. Some are camping out well in advance so they can get the good pit spots!

Yes Sir,
The T will be the one to take. We will be there Th-Sun. I can't wait either, although my son seems more excited!! Going to be a blast any way you look a it.

Lookin' for Buicks,
Lee

Nice! Perfect temps for making good power and still maintaining hook on the track. Counting down the days!!!!

Don, you should be able to get into the quick8.
Too bad this is the same time as SCSN, that's where I'll be.

For those interested, there will be a large caravan of attendees leaving Thurs morning at 8:00am from the Acorn Casino, off of freeway 8, just east of San Diego. Some are staying the night there on Weds. I will be showing up just before 7am to have breakfast with a few other racers. Anyone is more than welcome to show up.

Pinks!!!

AWESOME! I am jealous, I have to work Thursday...

I will be leaving Friday morning, so if anyone needs anything or forgets something, give me a shout. My cell is 316-208-6530 and since I am GN-less at this event I can make parts runs, "beverage" runs, etc if anyone needs anything. If anyone needs help wrenching or prepping one of the cars, don't hesitate to ask. I had a buddy of mine back in KS with a 7 sec turbo 67 Camaro that I would help on race days. He would get nervous and scatterbrained before runs so I tried to help look over the car, check tires, add fuel, etc. I will be there to help however I can.

Damn I am stoked!!!!!

OK, Squid4life. I added you to my cell phone. Since you have no name in your sig, I listed you as 'Squid4life'.

Stopped by there, got into town late. Couldn't find Don or anyone I recognize. Did stop and talk to Dick Kereny for a while. He has 2 GN's here. Hell of a nice guy! Will post updates tomorrow night once I catch up with Don. Don, if you get on here, give me a shout. Wanted to make sure you and Lee were good to go and didn't need anything. Give me a shout if you do.

Jeff, thanks for the heads up! I'll be keeping my eyes on this thread for the next 24 hours while on duty..lol Have fun and tell the fella's to do us all proud. Most importantly though, just have fun! :)
