The 3rd annual Pontiac Buick Olds FALL FEST will be held on Saturday November 12 at Speedworld Dragstrip.

There will be a car show, parts exchange and a day of racing and timed runs too.

General admission is $15

Show entry is $25

Timed runs/trophy is $30

Money brackets is $45

The event address is 19421 w Jomax rd Witmann, Az. This is just outside of Phoenix.

Steve has done a quality event for years at Speedworld with many out of state cars for the race event, as well as awesome show cars.

It seemed like about 300 cars were present last year. The year before a turbo Buick won one class!

It is worth a trip just for viewing if you do not participate.

Thank you Nick for your kind and encouraging words! Glad you will be there and hoping we will have a good turnout of Buicks as well.

I am planning to run trophy and $$ brackets but, am willing to have a heads up class if there are enough cars. I remember that is your preference but, what about others here? Can we get enough Buicks Olds and Ponchos to run a heads up class? What 10.90? I am flexible and want to have classes people want to run in.

Ideas?

I will be there Steve. I prefer heads up racing myself, but my car is not capable of 10.90 without pushing it to the limit. I would be up for any class in the 11s though. If no heads up racing I will enter the money brackets.

The weather forecast has not looked real good.... up until checking it this morning. Now only a 10% chance of rain- Low in the morning 45, afternoon high of 70. Let's have a nice day with Chamber of commerce weather. see you there.

I am happy to announce that the Pontiac Buick Olds FALL FEST for 2012 will be held Saturday , November 4 at Speedworld Dragstrip. We will probably have a Fri night test and tune available. You can stay overnight Fri and/or sat for no extra fees. This wayif you are from out of town, you can stay over Sat night and drive home on Sunday. Please mark your calanders.
Unless people want something different, I will probably have the same format as this year.
If anyone has ideas to share, please do so.
