Parts Question

Does anyone know where to find replacement power steering pump bolts or the original EGR bracket? I looked for both from GM and they were said to be discontinued. Any info on either is appreciated.

Hi,
Go to local hardware store for bolts. A good one will have choices regarding size and, I hope, stength. Regarding the hold down clamp for the EGR valve,that's a tougher issue. I suggest you look on the internet, and in absence of results, Fabricate your own holddown from flat stock steel. A torch and a grinder will do the job.If you don't have access to these, a welding shop can help. Good luck!

Thats all boneyard stuff. The EGR clamp also fits a 85-87 vintage 3.0/3.8 NA SFI motor and those bolts can be found on any FWD car that uses the same style of PS pump.
