ek02 Well-Known Member Joined Jan 31, 2008 Jul 13, 2020 #2 I use the flat side a wheel bearing race installer to drive in the freeze plugs and cam plug. The cam plug should be flush with the back side of the block. I use 3M weatherstrip cement on all the plugs, just a thin layer.
