Original CSII deck. ID questions (pics inside)

I pulled my CSII head unit from my 86GN to send out to be refurbished. Nothing is wrong with it (that I know of) but it would be nice to know it's 100%.
I was rooting through my boxes of parts and found another CSII style head unit that looks really close until you look at the back.

Wondering if someone can ID this and tell what it's from and where I might source the the final plug (I have 2 of the 3 needed).

Also if you look at the one from the GN (It's the one with the chrome trim), it has an extra plug on the left side (orange and brown wire)- not sure what it's for...

I think the 2 additional wires to the left stored your preset stations during battery disconnection.
 
Interesting. Good to know. However, still curious as to the rest of the differences. I presume that I would be able to use the other unit in a TR if I had the correct plugs in order to spice the lines... Wonder if someone sells these plugs or where I can source them.
 
Never occurred to me. I figuered adapters for new radios not for old 30+ year old tech.
