Car runs fine for a certain period of time. If it is warmed up and I let it idle too long, it will sputter and "gasp" for air when trying to move. This is all while in Vac. It does it only up until 3-5psi then goes away.
It is almost like the same symtpom as pulling the maf, just not as rough.
I am assuming bad MAF? I have a LT-1 with translator and a spare maf that I borrowed from a friend.
Car is not throwing any codes and my old ECM fried and I believe it took my chip with it. I am going to hook up the powerlogger to the new ECM and get a read out of whats going on.
Specs on car : PTE6031, LT-1 w/ translator, ported heads, 42# injectors, No EGR, 3 inch DP.
Any type of imput would be great! Thanks for the help in advance
