Had anyone tried to run a mixture of nitro and alcohol in a turbo car?? Sounds exciting !!!' What about spraying a mixture with 93 octane fuel? Just brain storming!!

I don't know about nitro, but I know you can't/shouldn't put any gasoline based fuels through an alky pump. Besides, why anyway? If you need more gasoline, you need bigger injectors.

What Joey said^^^^^^^^
If you need to smell the stink, put a splash in the gas tank, not the alky tank.:smug:

Funny how turbo guys want more power.. just throw more boost at it :)

These are not NA motors..

If you're thinking of adding nitromethane to 93 octane you should be re-thinking what you're doing.

BTW......How or where does a person even get Nitro-methane?

Better yet, what's that stuff cost? About 2 trillion a gallon?

The gains are small over higher octanes or E100 ... like 10% .. its not worth the expense
