New owner need help-Clarksville TN

Hello all!! New to turbo cars just bought one that needs help! I bought a 1985 turbo buick that I'm looking for as much info as possible. It sold at barrett Jackson in 2008 for 20k, I didn't pay that much for it. Its lime green turbo T and has been neglected. I'm trying to figure out what was done to it so I know where to go from here. He's been sitting a while and feels like it had NO power. My 4 cylinder cruze has more get up and go. It's my 8th Gbody though, so I'm familiar with most things. I'd post pics but I don't know how to

Welcome to the forum. I like the color, it really stands out.
The color scheme does make me want to ask (jokingly) "That thing got a Hemi"? From the old commercials.

I like the color. Would like to go a shade darker for next paintjob since I have to fix rust anyway
