Need to know what I am asking for.

On my 87 T the wastegate is setup tuner style where it is just looped back. I need the vacuum line with y and orifice so I can hook it back up so the chip controls it.

What is this called and where can I buy 1 from?

When you get a new tee measure the orifice size on it. Then do a search for some oooold threads here discussing it.

Before they were discontiniued, the last batch from GM had a hole that was too big and the result is severe overboosting.

Too big will give you less boost. Smaller will give you more boost.

I believe it's where you hook the boost hose from the turbo directly to the waste gate actuator and control the boost by adjusting the rod.
At least that's my take on it.
