I'm with you , I can't see what could go wrong . If my car is in my garage and I have a title in my hand then what can go wrong ? I mean the damn Vin is in plain site and anyone can snap a pic of it very easily . All day long . At car shows or pumping gas at a filling station . 50 years ago maybe but not this day and time . TurboKeith

give me a call EST some afternoon and i will tell you what your vin should be, the serial of your turbo and your engine number (engine number is on the printed paper tag on the side of the driver side valve cover........i have all the data on all the GNX's and am willing help you validate your car------i too am a GNX owner and have three of them..........Richard 336-684-3653

Doesn't get better than that!

I think a member here had a bad experience in the past with Vin. you may wanna PM him for details . If someone wanted a Vin they could get it sooner or later but I have no idea what bad could come out of it . Just my thoughts Keith

Same .. you just make it easier for them to get online .. they don't need to go looking for a VIN .. they already have one ...

Trust me .. it could get DAMN ugly and REAL expensive quick if someone gets your VIN and uses it for their advantage .. you don't want to go through this

I can't understand how this could happen , just with a VIN . Not this day and time . Its my car in the garage and the title is in my safe . But I guess crazier things have happen and I'm truly sorry you had such an experience , Keith

if your car is really 006 your vin should end in 439274, your engine # should end in 49363 and your turbo # should be 3336R139.............RC

That is the factory instrument cluster from a 86-87 grand national, not a gnx.

As Richard Clark has pointed out that the last 6 of your vin should be one of the 2 sequences of vins he posted. I believe you no the answer to the question your asking. By looking at the pictures you posted if the car is a real GNX it is far from retaining most of it original parts as well.

Based only on the photographs you have presented us, the answer is ..........................NO!

Not only does it not to appear to be a GNX, but it also seems as if it may be worth far less than the average asking price for a 83,000 mile Grand National as well.

OP, either post the VIN, or this thread will come to an end.
You have 4 posts, in over a yr, all tied to this car.
With his avatar reading, "Gnx 006 authenticate and sell", I'm leaning toward a troll and/or a scam.
