I'd hate to glance up and see this animal in my rearview, looking like a predator in flight bout to swoop on its prey.

Figure might as well start prepping for the TA 4.0 off center block I purchased a few months back. I'll be running stage heads and billet internals. I've currently got a billet, BMS Indy Car crank being machined into a 3.625 stroker at Scat Cranks. And for anyone at Bates this past summer, that saw those prototype, lightened, multi-treated billet rods. Well, they match my combo and I was able to aquire them for my build.

I thought I was going to see a couple of turbos under those fresh air intakes on your hood.
They look mean, but other than that, what inspired you to add them?

i have a buddy with a twin turbo and an E85 Stage car. What I've noticed on his Stage cars, is the tremendous, underhood heat they both produce. And we all know, heat kills. I figure the NACA ducts can draw air over and ventilate the heat of turbo, downpipe, and wastegate. The opening of the turbo scoop is intended to relieve high pressure air and release heat.
