Need info on this chip ???? currently in my car

Not sure myself been ages since I had a Reds chip.
Looks like it may say BLU on it. Maybe you have Blue-Top injectors? 36# ford injectors. What mods does the car have?
My guess would be start at 42psi line off for the fuel pressure. Red's chips were pretty fuel heavy.
Start with the boost low probably 15-16# and go from there, fuel quality hasn't gotten better over the years.
You will want a scan tool to make tune with (scanmaster, powerlogger, etc).

That seems like a lot of boost and fuel pressure for those injectors. Do you have a scan tool? If not a scanmaster would be my first investment. Next would be bigger injectors and a new chip from Turbotweak. Red made some good chips but i'd think the Blue Tops are a bit small for a 63mm turbo if you push it.

If that's a Red's 93, that combo is WAY outside of what it was burned for.
55psi static? What fuel pump are you running? Can it supply enough flow at 75psi to maintain 10.8:1 AFR or lower?
You definitely need some adjustments and a newer chip to get the most out of it.
