Take off the inlet pipe and take a picture of the compressor wheel. Those numbers don't determine what size the wheels are.

is this a small turbo i dont know much about this is it close to astock set up or a mild upgrade

It is a very common upgrade from stock. It will make power. Larger turbos than this do little to nothing without high boost or engine upgrades. IMO, I would get a fuel pump, get rid of the granatelli sensor, get a translator with an extender chip or turbo tweak chip, and a scanmaster. Post some pictures of the engine bay as a whole. We might be able to spot some mods, and point you in the right direction.

I wouldn't trust that MAS. Doesn't look like it has Hooker Headers, just the down pipe, which is a good thing.

Agreed looks like a TA-49 and the intercooler looks like a stretch stock location aftermarket unit as well.
