Need Honest opinions on buying 93 Mustang

I am interested in this car so much because everything seems to be already done. I was thinking of putting a 100 shot on it with some drag radials and call it good. What do you think? Could I get my money back out of it if needed?

They are getting hard to find, at least nice non beat ones. Look it over close. Especially the suspension mounting points on the rear. I've seen some pretty tore up stuff out there.

I was big into Fords, especially Fox bodies and still am, really cool cars. So like the guy said check those rear torque boxes as they get beat pretty bad, aside from that I look at the body, is it original paint, any accidents, body work, bondo, etc. , you can find em all day long packed with Bondo and rust painted over but a nice clean one is hard to come by. ....

I have two fox body lx coupe cars, one 88 model 4cyl and other 93 model with an 98 cobra 4valve power plant and drivetrain tubular kmember bbk exhaust with free flow cats and runs low7s skating down the track is a beast and fun to drive sleeper I have made a couple fellas around here sell their brand new as cameros , but yes these too are getting harder to fine with a sound body with good interiors

Looks like cheap fun! You could hammer that thing for quite a while, then strip it when you are done and probably get quite a few $ back

The heads and cam are the weak link in that combo, I would go on the Corral or Stangnet and ask there, Price seems ok, Foxes are slowly getting better money. The porno red interior is not a sought after look. Are the map pockets decent, astray cover broken, and is the lid broken on armrest cover? I would need pictures of the interior. You could probably part it out to recoup price if you had to move it. The Fox market is trending to stock cars for a quick sale for good money.

The 9" rear sucks in Mustangs. It screws up the geometry so bad that the cars become nearly worthless for drag racing if it's making decent power.
The rear gearing is awful for having any sort of fun.

do a double check on the year on that car cause 93 had same color body molding. it could be an even older car than he is advertising.
