My first 109 build

No not yet Earl. Still running the 10w30. Might try 5w30 in the summer to see how the PSIs are. We'll see. I think I got a spring. Wasnt sure what it was for. Not sure where it got to either.... D'oh!! Its usually 55psi or so over the RPM range and ~30ish at idle. Seems to be fine to me?

Those numbers look perfectly fine. The true test will be in another month or two when the heat gets bad. I do like how my pumps like to ramp up quickly with the pressure than then stay flat. It's important for our cars to get the pressure up quickly because we make so much power per hole at low RPMs. The last thing you want to do is load the hell out of the rod bearings and THEN pressure comes up to match.

Keep that in mind if you decided to play with different weights and/or springs this summer.
 
He needs promoted, I used his write up to build my cover 30 hot @ idle & 70 @ 3000.
