This car kicked my ass, but its finally complete. Feel like nothing wanted to fit, nothing. Had the car original for a while, then i got tired of the 307.
Got an LQ4 from an Escalade 6.0. Took it to the machine shop and got the bottom built with a forged rotating assembly the stroker cost was almost identical so i went 408 stroker. Found a set of Z06 heads 243s and had them ported and polished with some nice valves and springs. Injectors went with 1600 Dekas for Ethanol.
Turbo is a big boy Borg Warner Billet wheel S485R T6 1.32 AR custom spec'd by Forced Inductions. RJC racing IC to keep things cool.
Headers i went with Hooker manifolds. Hookers x over sucks! Made a custom stainless x over and a custom turbo mount billet flange priority gated with a JGS performance Gate.
Trans i went with a built 4l80e with ck performance billet parts every piece he offers plus his automatic transbrake valvebody. Converter wise i went PTC Dusty is the man! Chromoly driveshaft and ordered a shortened Quick Performance rear end, 40 spline / 5/8 studs spool the works. RC components 17s front - 15s rear with some pro drag radials. Wilwood brakes all around. New GN gas tank with Twin Hellcat 525lph pumps supporting over 1600 hp ethanol together. Have secondary pump on hobb switch to come online at 5 psi. Battery relocated to trunk with leash electronics pro relay board powering up my electronics.
