Over the wheel well bushings. Where do they exactly go. I’m interested. Could that be the reason for that crazy creaking sound?

I believe he’s talking about the #5 “GNX”bushings. They go between the frame & the body at the top of the rear wheel well frame arch.

That is exactly where they go but these were put on Monte. Carlos and other cars but not the Buick except the GNX but there's just totally different. As far as the creaking, that could be anything, not sure the bushing would help there. But we need them if you drive it like you stole it

I'll take the original stock fuel pressure regulator

I believe it is difficult to replace. The best thing is to replace them all at the same time. I believe. That's what I have done in the past

Hard to install?
As long as the bolts right before wheel arch and rear bolts break loose, they are easy. The creaking noise may be hood bump stop. Center of cowl hood stop. grease it and see if noise goes away

Never heard back from Jerry about the 86 manual and attachments, so they're still for sale along with everything else except the doc fuel pressure regulator

All that is left is the adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Thanks

Still have the adjustable fuel pressure regulator and some more 86 pamphlets. The one above is 40 pages that probably a dealer would have gotten which shows all the options
