Looking at engine on drivers side missing one off tee fitting shared w/ cruise control towards rear, see pict; other one on pass side, looks like vacuum switch towards front of valve cover(red connector) see pict

Top port on the check valve should go to the heater supply line that I believe is plugged into the wastegate solenoid. Wastegate lines?

Top - To the left -> Goes to the heater control; runs along the firewall and enters the firewall / passenger compartment under the A/C - Heater box (Tough to replace without a fish) - It provides a vacuum source for the Heater control valve - the control vacuum line then re-enters the engine bay and connects to the funky heater control valve that is mounted near the rear of the passenger side valve cover.
That's what turns on your heat.
Such as it is.

Top - to the Right -> Goes to the Cruise Control Servo - provides that vacuum source

Bottom - Main source of vacuum for the check valve - comes from the vacuum hardline - after the inline check valve - on passenger side valve cover area

As has been pointed out
You said - That "other one on pass side looks like vacuum switch towards front of valve cover(red connector) see pic" - is what we refer to as the Boost Modulating Solenoid
It's slightly important.
It ain't no vacuum switch - trust me on that.
Boost Modulator Solenoid Valve connections are:
One side open to atmosphere(with usually a little filter) - Before you ask - It doesn't matter which port has the filter and which port has the wastegate hose - one port has to be vented to atmosphere
The other side connected to the hose heading to the wastegate actuator; then to the "Y' fitting"; the orifice is on the angled side of the "Y" - If you need connection details - ask.

Your setup will be modulating the heater valve - LOL- not really; since chances are the other end is connected to the heater control panel; ergo - no vacuum is present at either end

Unless you live in a neo-communist state where your 25 year old hot rod has to pass emissions - you can get a updated chip that deletes EGR functionality, and rip all the dumb EGR stuff off of there as well - cleans it up immensely. Since I can't help but notice most of it is loose and swaying in the wind. Unless you prefer the bone stock look.

Word to the uninitiated.
And I'm being kind here...
The fact that you don't recognize the Boost Modulating Solenoid on an LC2 makes me shudder.
This is a man's toy - not some SBC with 2 vacuum hoses.
Take your time to read as many forums and posts and info as you can.
The LC2 is not fragile - but it's finicky. And takes a steady and sane hand to make it run right.

And not that it matters a wit - but your injector clip on #2 is not in he best of shape.
Many guys throw them in the trash anyway - since the fuel rail holds the injectors down tightly - so no big deal.
But spin em around so the flat edge looks at you. Then you can see everything is in it's place.

But what's that fugly splice on the red wire - passenger side underneath the throttle cable?
Those are bad news - waiting to happen.

Thanks guys, liking those silicone lines-where did you pick them up : do you know the diameter of those hoses. As you can tell this car has been asleep for awhile from the photos

Shameless plug for one of our supporting vendors -> Gbodyparts sells silicone hose packages for our cars - in all 3 popular colors
http://www.gbodyparts.com/product_info.php?products_id=66
- or -
Peppy Boys sells a kit with a variety of metric I/D. / O.D. sizes and lengths for approx. 25 bucks - in blue and red I believe
-or-
Amazon, google etc. - you can buy bulk rolls online

While most of the stock lines used are SAE sizes; i.e. 8/32 etc - metric silicone tubing works just as well.
And you really only need about 4 or 5 metric sizes - tops.

A bag of small tie wraps - with a decent tie wrap gun and a pair of side cutter pliers
I like to set the tie wrap gun to a fairly hard setting - but I don't let it cut the tie wrap.
I snug it with the tie wrap gun - then cut it with my side cutter pliers.

Take it from someone who knows - replace every line that is older than a couple of years. - And tie wrap or clamp every single end point.
The heat under our hoods really takes a toll on these lines.
If you touch the rubber line, and your finger turns black - rip it off.
When you're done - run a boost check or a smoke test (if you should be so lucky as to have access to a smoke machine) - to test your work.
I prefer the boost test - since at 20-25 PSI - all kinds of things show up.
You'll be amazed usually that you missed something or have a leaker.

Also - the silicone lines tend to be slippery and IMHO do not "grab" as tightly as regular rubber lines - hence you need to make the effort to use the correct ID and really have a good end clamp / tie wrap.
Some people don't like using the silicone lines for this reason.

Following is a post from a member on the standard sizes of vacuum lines:

Cruise Control Servo
Large port 9/32"
Small port 7/32"
Vacuum ball 7/32"

Washer Resevoir 8/32"
Washer Nozzles 7/32"

Charcoal Canister
To Tank 10/32"
Solenoid 8/32"

EGR to Solenoid 5/32"
Vacuum to EGR Solenoid/Check Valve for HVAC/Cruise 9/32"

Brake Booster 3/8" (9-9.5mm)

AFR 6.5/32"

Vacuum Block
3 ports 8/32"
1 port 6/32"
1 port 12/32"

PCV 12/32"

Wastegate Y-hose 8/32"

Total Lengths For Car4mm = 122"
6mm = 147"
8mm = 46.5"

I measured these ID's with a caliper at the port itself.
I'm going to try and put together a silicone hose kit to replace all the rubber vacuum lines on the car.
Lengths were measured with a fabric tape measure.

Use a razor to cut the tie wrap the side cutters leave them sharp

Nice idea!
Exacto knife for the hard to reach spots even.
I always take a good suggestion - sometimes even a bad one!

The good ones I eventually claim as an original idea - the bad ones I lay blame on someone else.

You can never cut those straight with side cutters and they leave a nice sharp little tag to stab yourself.

You are using the wrong side cutters ...:)
You can also use linemans pliers to twist them off, this works quite well also.

Although, sometimes after squeezing my sausage like fingers in those insanely hard to reach spots, getting the tie wrap started, then positioned, then tightened - I'm just so happy to cut the danged tail off and move on.

LOL - of course I am.
Bryan - do you approve of my tie wrap gun or should I pitch it? :D

Hey - at least it all looks so pretty with my blue tie wraps on my blue silicone - although - admittedly - the shade of blues aren't an exact mach. :p

Thank you soooo much for the moral support.
I am now returning to my normally scheduled vacuum leak crisis.

For which today - looks like the following pictures:

Lol. If your tie wrap gun is made by Panduit it's OK. Lol.
Panduit also makes the flush cut pliers ...:)

I think it is actually.
Did not know they made flush cutter.
I shall google - extract credit card - and purchase.
Since I have never met a tool I did not like.

Although I've met some real tools - and I did not like them.

Yup those are Panduit ...
I posted a link for the flush cut pliers above

Poor guy RKUBICA - all he wanted to know was how to modulate his heater valve and we hijacked his post!
:D
