Mint re chromed bumpers

i have a super nice set of chrome bumpers. Had them re chromed about 2 months ago. Decided to go painted bumpers. These are outer shells only. $600 plus shipping

Are these rechromed GM bumpers? Who did the chrome work? There are aftermarket versions out there. The GM units should have a GM number stamped on the backside.
