Went to track rental today. Was hoping to get a good baseline and noit break anything. Everything worked great with only a few small issues. Launched the car with only 11-12 pounds boost and ramped it in slow. N?ext thing to do is weight the car. I estimate about 3600-3700 pounds full race weight based on the last time I scaled it and some of the modifications I made.

Run 1 - about 17# boost
60' = 1.389
330' = 3.955
660' = 6.132 @ 112.91
1000' = 8.027
1/4 = 9.644 @ 138.89

Run 2 - About 22# boost
60' = 1.419
330' = 3.918
660' = 6.007 @ 117.97
1000' = 7.821
1/4 = 9.369 @145.22

Run 3 - About 26# boost and run to 1/8 only. Was getting yelled at for not having a license.
60' = 1.373
330' = 3.800
660' = 5.823 @ 121.19
1000' = 7.89
1/4 = 10.569 @76.86

Run 4 - About 29# boost - Ran this one out and knew I would get kicked out.
60' = 1.387
330' = 3.780
660' = 5.773 @ 123.21
1000' = 7.50
1/4 = 8.967 @153.25

Great work Al. Nice to see the pay off. There is only about 2 or 3 other people on here that could pull this off. Al did all the specs and assembly on this engine and its street driven regularly with little fear of the valve train failure. First time out got the result. It appears this engine has enough nut to get this car in the 9's with as little as 15psi and the car isnt light either. Its hard to gauge those low boost hits when the converter drags it down so hard on shifts though.

Way to go Allan! This car is on the street on a regular basis. See it all the time on the Pike. Looks as good as it goes. Did you get any video of the runs?

Very impressive! I'd love to get down to CT some time to see your car at a show.

Congrats to all the hard work, the car looks awesome. I have looked at Allan;s tune and it is VERY conservative, I would say there is potential for another 10 mph with some tweaking, and a lil more boost.:), but he may be in hot water with track officials by then.......

Only 10? It seems to me there is 12-13mph more there with that cam, CR, and turbo even without cutting weight. There is room for 1-2* of timing on the 8.9 tune also.

I was being on the conservative side:)
