For something like this?
Summit has them.
Warning - use a crescent wrench with tape on the jaws - or better yet - a properly sized aluminum AN wrench when tightening - or you're pretty anodized fittings look like crap in a hurry.
Pay no nevermind to that POS rusted vacuum hard line - that will be replaced today with the powdercoated one - now that I see that picture in detail!

Not to be a pain in the neck but which is the -4 an and 1/8 npt? I didn't see an listed.

The "AN" is just on the "Fuel Rail side" of things.
The Gauge is usually or almost always 1/8" N.P.T.
So - generally, you're going from -4 AN to 1/8" N.P.T.
If you notice - On my set up - I use:
Let's take it slow:
From the fuel rail side onward:
1 - Qty 1 of a -4 AN Female to -4 AN Female; UNION - Straight fitting
2 - Then Qty1 of a 45 Degree -4AN Male to 1/8" N.P.P Male Pipe- 45 DEGREE fitting
3 - Then QTY 1 of a `Straight 1/8 N.P.T Female . to 1/8" N.P.T. Female; Ccoupling or Union
4 - Finally - then screw the gauge in that end.
Wheew.
Lots of male to female stuff going on there! I am almost turned on.
I found my setup to be the fewest pieces and did what I wanted.
You can do whatever blows your particular skirt up.
I liked it at a 45 degree angle for cool factor.
Some people prefer to use a 90 degree fitting, so then can see it from the driver's side fender while adjusting the FPR.

Other just go with a straight from the end of the fuel rail.

It may take more than one fitting to do what you want.
You want -4 AN Female to 1/8" N.P.T Female
After that, it's all you.

The reason I bought the blue anodized from Summit was:
A - My engine detail was in blue
B - I didn't like some of the brass style "T"'s that were out there, they rminded me too much of something you might buy at Home Despot.
Like the picture.
I've found that apprenticing in hydraulics and machine building when I was younger has paid dividends when you encounter these sorts of puzzles.
It's a shame younger guys don't really do that much of that anymore.
