Looking for a GN Mechanic in Dallas/Rockwall area

I have an 84 GN I've owned since new. It had an engine and transmission overhaul many years ago and has been low on power ever since. I'm not sure if it needs engine tuning or there's an issue with the transmission. It does have a slightly larger CAM and larger injectors. Looking for a mechanic that can look at the car and give their option on what the car needs.
