Leir Siegler seat cover question...

Hello Guys
Those of you that have had the rear seat recovered....I have a question.
Is the extra bolstering, (the raised sections that make it look like 2 seats in the rear) built into the covers or is it part of the actual seat foam?
I was looking for a rear seat to recover, but the more I look at it...it seems to me that the cover may have all the extra padding sewn into it.
The seat foam forms may all be the same.
If anyone can confirm this...it would save me a lot of hassle. I have 2 rear seat foams in great condition to start with.

Did you ever get your question answered if the replacement covers come with the foam installed over a stock style rear seat foam base? has anyone here recovered a Lear Siegler rear seat?
