Leaky IC - best way to repair?

I was doing some spring cleaning tonight and noticed my IC has pin hole in one of the tubes. I have some thoughts on how to repair it, but would like some opinions. My thoughts are:

1) Clean up the hole and use JB weld or some type of plumbers leak repair to fix it.

2) Same as #1 except put a self taping screw in the hole first.

3) Drill the hole and weld it up. This leads me to the question of, what material are the cross tubes?

All help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve.

I had to make the same decision about a year ago. Most people use JB weld and it seems to hold up well if the surface is cleaned prior to applying the epoxy. I was told that some radiator shops will repair intercoolers, but I could not find any in my area willing to do it.

JB weld all the way. It is holding my intake together on my LeSabre from when I overtorqued a coolant sensor. If it can hold 15 psi of coolant, it can hold 15 psi of air, or more.
