just pulled plugs out of my car they are ac r45ts

If they light the mixture and the motor runs well they are fine. Different people have their favorites, I like NGK, but at the end of the day, if you have ignition they are fine.
 
That's the hotter AC plug. Most that turn up the boost, use AC 43's, or if the boost is way up, AC42's. I gap them at a tite .032.
 
how much boost are you running?
I like the Delco plugs. I can't say they're the best, but I've had good luck with them. I ran the r42ts when I dipped into the 10's and was running 28lbs of boost.
 
almost all stock ,fuel pump, hotwire kit , adj fuel pr. and cold air kit, tt chip 93 ot. , thanks everyone
