I have installed new switches, lock solenoids, and took the relay apart and cleaned it (since I could not find a new one).

On both doors the lock mechanism moves very easy by hand, but will just twitch when the button (either) is moved.

I had the same problem and took the door panel off and greased up all the joints on the rod that goes to it.

They are getting voltage fine. For some reason the current is not flowing (like the widows issues our cars have).

The door lock relay assembly mounting screws I believe make the ground to run the motors, the manual doesn't show a separate wire to them. Those relays are like the reversing window switches that flip the voltage to the motors in this case the lock motors.

In the UNLOCK switch postiion at each motor the tan is +12 and the gray should be ground.

Remember this reverses at the motor for the LOCK position.

Make sure the relays are mounted solidly in place for testing.
