Gbody T-Top Header Panel and new A pillars came today. I finally looked under some of the trim. Found this. Is this even repairable?

The area where the seal sits is also rotted. Both sides have the same hole. The body and frame are in great shape. The T-tops are a disaster.

I fixed mine just like that. Not too bad to do.

or just get a used rust free roof. It's not that hard to do. Measure twice and cut once

I think gbodyparts.com carrys al the repair sheet metal.

All but qtr's. No one repops them. Really sucks. Got'em for every gbody but the regal.

Replacing the roof will be a lot cheaper AND FASTER an to me a lot better than cobbling parts to a rusty roof.. Take out the glass an make 4 cuts.. weld it up and your done.

It wasn't bad. Just got a little discouraged when I pulled back the seals.

All new sheet metal. The mig welder got a work out. You barely hit the car sheet metal with the welder it will blow a hole. I did have to resort to a small amount of filler to get the body line perfect. Even though its under the trim. I wanted a all steel car. I don't like body fillers.
