No clue on your thickness. Are you running head studs? Do you have a straight edge to see about the head and block surfaces? Cleanliness is super important.

Yes block and heads are straight. I checked them with straight edge. I know this block was decked once by me. Not sure of past That why i took measurements to see my head gasket thickness. Can anyone tell me how thick it should be?

I talked with Clint he has talked me into going with 93 octane with alky injection. Any system better then others and is there different sizes? Which one do i need.

I notice there is a single nozzle and double.. What is the difference?

A single nozzle will get you bottom 10's maybe more . You can add the second when you are ready .
