Idle Control Valve schematics

would a kinda soul please inform me of the wiring schematics for the GM idle control valve? namely, what exact the four wires on the speed pro do? The reason I ask is that im attempting to use the SP to control a non GM ICV that only uses two wires. I know this can be done, but id ont want to arbitrarily mess with the wires and fry something. I don't think it can be done. A GM IAC motor is a "stepper motor" and uses two isolated coils (hence the 4 wires) energized in alternating states of polarity. These coils are driven by an "H-bridge" driver circuit to flip the polarity of a monopolar power supply. A typical 2 wire IAC is probably a PWM mode solenoid. Not compatible by a long shot. Sorry.....
