Great to see all the homemade oil priming tools, mine is from an old SBC points distributor also.
What other tools have you fabbed up for your TR in a time of need or just for the fun of it?

Here's today's project: wastegate actuator adjusting tool.

* 1/4" or 7mm open end wrench
* 1" or so 1/4" bar stock, check your setup for length
* 4 X 1/4" bolt, nuts and washers for the handle
* plastic tubing for the handle

Cut open-end off of wrench.
Add bar stock to length.
Heat and straighten shank from the closed-end.
Weld and assemble.
Nickle-plating optional. :smile:

Simple operation:
Loosen your adjuster nut, remove the clip, slip the open-end of the tool behind the nut and give it a pull.
Make your adjustment and snug the adjuster nut again.
Another tug on the tool and your on the wastegate arm, attach the clip and tighten the adjuster nut.
