Headlight/Stereo/Wiring Problem

When I have my stereo on and then turn on my headlights I hear a "pop" through my speakers and then there is a whining noise that comes through my rear right speaker. This only happens when I turn on my headlights, otherwise my stereo is fine. I have the factory stock head unit. I thought it might be a ground problem, but where should I start?

Go to any stereo shop and ask for a "ground loop isolator". This will fix the whining problem.
