grand national title

Kirban 2 cents worth

a topic I know a little about having had over 300 of these cars....state laws vary from state to state.

the Grand National was an option until they built the last 10,000 of them in late 1987...those at least in our state are titled as a Grand national...all others prior to that last run are titled as a Regal coup and the T option or grand national option was just that an option not the title of the car model.

one state you wanna avoid is New Hempshire that state you don;t need a title just a bill of sale...guess what try that trick with a bill of sale in your state and it won't wash....titles are a must

NY another weird example least back when the cars were fairly new the lien release looks like the title....so much so you could end up just getting the lien release paper and bingo can't register the car because its not the actual title.

its a shame its not uniform thing nationwide...

I was very careful....any screw up dealing with your department of motor vehicles can become a nitemare.
