got my heads and intake back

I am getting ready to remove the engine again and replace the heads , intake and timming chain
Flow # for the heads are intake Lift .050=40 .100=80 .150=119 .200=148 .250=183 .300=200 .350=213 .400=218 .450=225 .500=229 .550=230
Exhaust lift # .050=42 .100=77 .150=106 .200=130 .250=144 .300=159 .350=167 .400=172 .450.175 .500=179 .550=181
These are my numbers @28"
Exhaust valves are Manley severe duty 1.500 SS
Intake valves are Manley severe duty 1.770 SS
