Fuel pressure and electrical resistance of injectors or wiring

I still have a start up issue where the car will not start unless the fuel pressure is low enough to allow the injectors to pulse. I have to turn it down so that the resistance drops low enough for them to fire. Then i turn it back up to the correct 42psi after the car is running.

It will NOT crank unless pressure is lowered to 35 when hot.

I just turn it down every time i crank it, but the resistance is increasing and i am having to turn the pressure down lower and lower every day to get it to crank.

Could voltage drop through the wiring harness cause this since it only affects start up? When running with the alternator charging voltage is high enough to overcome the high resistance wiring or whatever the problem may be and the car runs perfect. Voltage has always been low on this car.

I know it must be wiring or a wierd sensor, but it would be nice if someone else had experienced this before because it would save me time diagnosing it.
