Little behind on posting this but I figured I could use the feedback to make changes over the winter. Sept 20th at Cecil County Dragway was the East Coast Buick Regionals and I made my first ever passes down a track. Track prep was good, temp was about 75 degrees. I was mainly focusing on getting the car to leave. With vacuum brakes I found it difficult. Left my street tune in place (19psi, 19 degrees timing, 93oct w/ 5 gal of vp110, no alky, 396whp 402wtq). 255/60/15 MT ET's @17psi, rear air springs (8psi LT, 15psi RT). Made 5 passes total. Last 2 were the best.

#4: 9psi off ebrake, forgot to lock converter until 1000ft.
60ft: 1.74, 330: 4.969, 1/8: 7.709@89.69, 1000: 10.071, 1/4: 12.075@112.25
#5: 10-11psi off ebrake, locked converter @ 1/8. Logged this run, shows 11.7-12 actual AFR. Trans seems to shift to early (5000), falling to 4500 on each shift.
60ft: 1.73, 330: 4.943, 1/8: 7.67@90.16, 1000: 10.023, 1/4: 12.011@113.36
Considering my lack of driver skill and the conservative tune it wasn't too bad.
The week after I went to 7580 Dragway. Loaded up a race file and turned the boost up a bit (22psi, 24-25 degrees timing, 1/4 tank 93 w/ 10gal 110). Same suspension and tire setup. Nice cool 55-60 degree air, but this track usually isn't as fast. Made 3 runs, each of which I had the same issue. Just before 1/8mile lost 10psi boost and timing was pulled, then got it back around 1000ft. Maybe too much timing in the tune. Best run was the first:
8-9psi off ebrake
60ft: 1.66, 330: 4.909, 1/8: 7.838, 1/4: 12.386@110.70
No question there is a lot left in this car. Its probably an 11.7-11.8 car as it sits on the street tune. I will be adding an alky kit over the winter. With more boost, a trans adjustment or two, and more seat time, I hope to get down in the low 11's at least.

Added alky and tweaked it up a bit but still conservative for the street, 455whp 432wtq 23#, 22 degrees timing, 11.4A/F. Also have a map for 110oct. New 4 piston Aerospace brakes up front should help with holding boost and get the 60ft's down in the 1.50's. Will be going back to the track soon once the weather improves around here.

11.4 is a little lean with alky...I'd fatten it up a little

Billy Anderson did the tuning this time. That was the first thing I asked and he said with lower boost it made more power slightly lean. I'm gonna make a log when I get it back from him and do some tweaking on my own.
