I got her a Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm and now she likes shooting guns. Next step a conceal carry permit and actually get her to carry it.

My wife got hers recently. Never fired a gun before. I took the NRA course with her, she is a natural. Alot of wackos out there... I sure feel better about her knowing how to handle one. I bought her the new Glock 42. Nice little .380. Phil.

I love my M&P 9!! I carry a Shield 9 with an Apex trigger kit in a Crossbreed supertuck holster. The full size M&P is in my opinion quite a bit too large for concealed carry. Check out the shield. Its every bit as good as the reviews say so.

I was in the same boat with mine until she found out all the nurses she works with all carry. She suddenly showed interest in it. So I bought her a Glock 17 that I couldn't pass up and a Glock 22 for myself at a steel of a price. And did this to them.

I Cerakoted hers Pink and mine Burnt Bronze. And that started the custom Glock addiction. Now I do Cerakoting on the side.

I own a Glock 22. Love it. Could shoot it all day. Installed the ghost trigger bar on both. Much better. Phil.

I have a Glock 22 also !! Gen 1 bought it years ago , now it has a Fulcrum trigger , Storm Lake stainless ported barrel , & Advantage Tactical sights with firefly front sight . Check out those sights , they line up fast , & pin point accurate .

I have a 200yd range with range house. It has a 4x8 1200lb. cement shooting bench with lighting in my back yard. When do you want to shoot ??!! Seems like I never have time, like you !!

What are the holes on the top for? Seems like other than aesthetics, it would just collect dust and dirt.

They could be for a ported barrel, but not in this case I don't have one yet. It's more for lightning the slide to use smaller recoil springs for less recoil, cooling, and looks.

My guns don't get dust on them

Gotcha. Just curious.

revolvers are my choice. :)

These are my hunting buddies !! T/C Contender in 358JDJ & Super RedHawk in 454Casull . My wife shot the contender ONCE , It pushed her elbows to her ribs , pivoted up and the top scope turret hit her in the forehead . It left quite the bump .

My wife shoots with me quite a bit though she prefers to shoot rifles over pistols she enjoys both. I have a .40 shield which is a great shooter, but she would rather my .38 Snub or .380 ACP since they are easier to load. We usually shoot at the 200+ ranges, but the day of my photo OP the AR guys were taking up the 200 yd range shooting at 50 yard targets and missing....:banghead: But that is a whole other story in itself... She shoots everything from the .22 to my 7mm Mag but she has yet to get behind my .338 Lapua Mag, or my .500 Mag.
