Expensive, Very Well Done, CLEAN 87 T - Built by the best

Having seen this car in person at Cotton's bar-b-q earlier this year, and I can say it's great, with beautiful workmanship and quality parts! (My son is even in the pictures poisted on the first page!...:smile: )...I was wondering if you would have been interested in taking my younger son's extra clean '02 Dodge Dakota R/T ( + some $ of course) as a trade in?

Car still AVAILABLE - Bbbbbump

The car went from bone stock to what you see using only the best new parts (with exception of tranny) that were all installed Spring 07. The rollcage is a work of art. It's a SOUTHERN car with all documents since purchase.

Approx 2000 miles since the build.

It's not as minty fresh as Brett's but it sure is a deal compared to MY build cost.

Clean well done car, professionally built, all history included, heat and a/c parts included.

1. Boost suddenly went away last time it went out (several weeks ago)
- gets up to 3# and that's it.
2. Power steering resv. weeping
3. Tranny rear seal has had drip for 2 years.

I took it out <10 times this whole year - am not putting another penny into it.
I have new project in mind and need to sell.

The package is here to go racing but it's still great on the street :biggrin:

Will sell for $16k obo with the above issues.

My bad luck....
I really don't know. Car has run flawlessly forever.
Waste gate rod moves firmly but is not bound up.
Pulled intake pipe, Turbo spins freely and looks brand new
Boost controller seems to be working but sometimes seems to have a mind of it's own.

I just want it to go away at this point.
Someone can get a real deal here when you simply look at what the car has put into it....
 
damn i cant believe this hasn't been snapped up yet.with the cage i just wouldnt of got permission to import it as a street car. maybe its just a blown cooler pipe or something (fingers crossed its a easy fix)
again good luck with the sale its bargain @ that price..

Yah ~ It's my flavor of the season - AGAIN.
Many MANY great days at Limerock, NHIS and Watkins Glen in 2 of my older VeeDubs. I want to get back on track. :biggrin:
Three 20-30 minute sessions a day, ripping around LRP is just what the doctor ordered.
