Exhaust cutout setup recommendations - please share yours!

I am going to install an exhaust dump with an electric cutout. I have the stock downpipe and no cat. I would be looking for a weld-in WYE and an electric cut out. Can you share you setups with me? What do I need to buy? I want to make sure I buy the right parts!

Whatever you do don’t buy the super cheap one from eBay that is as long as you want it to seal and not sound like you have a exhaust leak . I tried the $40 special and it would not seal no matter what I tried .

I have the same set up as you, I went with a hooker electric cut out.

I have the buickGN or G-body cutout, can’t remember who’s it was, it’s been over 10 years since I bought it, still work, electronics and all, was the direct cat replacement one

I just replaced mine. I searched hi and lo for a replacement. My original was even sold by a vendor here on the board a long time ago. I can't remember the name off the top of my head. Good quality piece. Couldn't find them ANYWHERE! So I went with QTP (quick time performance) begrudgingly. So far so good. It's been maybe 6 months.
