Emojis

Real small thing but I can't use the emoji's list. I can use the common ones like the but when I go down the list and pick an un-common one such as the US Flag it gives me the "Oops! We ran into some problems." message. As seen in my first attempt to post this.

Same thing here. Only a few are visible. Passing the cursor over blank areas shows there's an emoji, but it won't post.
After asking several times, I said screw it, and use what I can.

They all show up in the "emoji menu" and when I select one it appears in my text but when I hit "Post Reply" I get stopped right there with the above message. I can take the emoji out and hit post again and it will go through then.
