Egr valve with gn1 heads

Question does the aluminum gn1 heads have a port for the egr valve? I have a older set of gn1 heads on the car and want to eliminate the egr valve that’s on the intake and put a block off plate but have read about them leaking. If it has no provision for the egr valve than I wouldn’t have to worry about it leaking correct?
