E85 fuel system (diy)

So built my whole system from scratch, -8 feed, -8 return, dual feeding Cruz performance fuel rails, aeromotive fuel regulator, 2 in tank 525 lph pumps, my own Hotwire kit (diy). Now I can fit both pumps in the tank but has anyone ever hooked them up and ran them all the time, pros/cons to this? Just asking as I can probably get away with running 1 pump but might not be enough pump on e85

I have two 340 pumps and it is doing well. I have one 340 that runs all the time and another 340 on a pressure activated switch (Hobbes switch).

I have done a few test hits on the street and the computer has not tried to add more fuel.

Do not think the factory wiring would handle the amperage two pumps would draw to have them both run at the same time.

Sweet. Pics?

The 525 pump draw about 25-30A so running them both requires 50 amps. It all depends how the car is used, and how much power it's putting down.

Brakes issue is keeping me from taking it to the track. Right now they will stop the car but not very good.

Last time it was on the dyno it was 543 HP, 704 FT and that was on gasoline now it is E-85. I want to take it back to Brain Lorenze and put it back on his dyno machine to have a true comparison.

Short video with it on the dyno.

Hopefully I can get close to or over 700hp, I know it’s way more pump then I need

Nice looking setup up, can’t see mods from my phone but looks very similar to mines
