Duttweiler External booster oil pump
Purchased off board member few years ago. Decided not to use on my new build. Comes with pump, 12an hose (insulated too) that should work to reach to oil pan and fuel pump block off plate that has fitting welded on for bypass. Everything as shown. $165 shipped. PP preferred, add fees if not sending as F&F.

This mounts in place of your current oil pump, directly to the timing cover.
From my understanding here is how I was told to run it:
-12 line inlet from oil pan
-10 line to oil filter
-8 line bypass back to oil pan (or fuel pump block off plate which is provided)

You will need a 12an fitting installed on the low side of the oil pan as the pick up. The hose supplied should reach from the pan to the pump if you mock it up ahead of time of where to mount fitting. You will also need the HV tall oil pump gears.

Upon the installation of this oiling system, it is a great time to add a remote oil filter system. Basically it was intended to be used with this set up. That remote oil system provides filtered oil back to the turbo.

I also happen to have a spare remote oil filter system, a turbo saver as they are sometimes called. It will need the small 4an line back to the turbo though. I lost it. They are only like $40 on ebay. I'd add this turbo saver for an additional $100. I had a spare to completely plumb everything while on the engine stand.

Hopefully someone will chime in and correct me if I'm wrong. I never had a chance to run this and I know some guys are out there running this system that have far more user knowledge than I do!

Is the pump pocket area made from aluminum? Looks like it has some scaring where gears were riding. Have you inquire about resurfacing that area? If so what were you told?

Very minor scoring. Was told by the guy who I bought it from that it’s good run. He has a 9 sec GN and I trusted that.
