Door trim replacement

Does anyone know where I can get replacement door trim?
I bought the adhesive style but realized this rivets on which means mine doesn't work and I can't just take it off without leaving holes.
I looked at what I thought was most of the sites but no luck.

Back in the day I bought the rivet type from auto accessory stores but they seen to cater to trucks these days. They also had color matching inserts too.
