Well, I don t know much about them, hell Ive probably only seen a hand full.

I bought an aluminum donovan sbc. It has spayed caps, darton sleeves, its all fresh, ready to build, just needs cam bearings installed.

Its a 4.155 bore
400 main journal
Its been clearanced for a large stroke crank.

So what to do with it? I have a few parts for it already, but Im thinking 18 degree heads, 3.75 or 3.875 crank two t63 turbos with .69 exhuast housings........and a 2300 lb cobra to put it in.

Its a wet sump block.....any suggestions on what to look for or watch out for?

Personally, I'm holding out for a Rodek.

I've got to stop by and see you if I ever make it to Vegas. You own a casino don't you.

If you need to get rid of it put it on ebay. You will get top dollar for it. I sold a Donavan and a Rodeck on there. They where completely stripped. No liners, studs, or bearing caps. I had people from Hawaii emailing me. They both went to S.A.M. in Houston.

Jon---build it up with a 400 crank, about 9-1 compression, stick a nice midrange cam in it (2500-5500 will do nicely), put a Victor Jr with an Edelbrock 750 on top----then send it to me so I can stick it in my boat---and I'll send you the marine 350 I'm replacing BACK! (hell, I'll even pay shipping BOTH ways!)

:D

(or not)
