Good luck with that bird's nest. I have the same problem. The previous owner of my car did a lot of electrical modifications, various splices, cables that dead end to no where, etc. The good thing is the car runs great but a real pain when trying to trouble shoot electrical problems.

Top picture, connector with the white & orange wires. Most likely interior lights. Orange has BAT+ while the white gets ground via the door pin switches.

The pink wires are usually IGN+ switched power. Goes to items such as the ECM, theft deterrent, turn signals fuse, gauges fuse, CCCI fuse, ECM SOL fuse, and so on.
