Can some explain how this setup is supposed to work? It's been in the car for a while and I took it out to rebuild pump and nozzle and do some testing. What I am finding out is the pump output with the hose / nozzle connected puts out a pulsating spray and the pressure pegs out my 100 psi gage? I tried adjusting the pressure switch but it doesn't make a difference. It pulsates quite rapidly but still puts out a decent fan spray. Is this how it is suppose to operate? or is there too much back pressure from the nozzle? I never paid much attention to it until now and such it brings up a few questions? Thanks for the response.
