If memory serves me correctly, there is 5 (7mm) up top and 3 (10mm) bolts down low. Then you have to remove the factory harness that runs from the fusebox to the ecu. It's secured with 7mm screws. Take pictures of the instrument cluster area in regards to the light switch, dimmer switch etc. They have to pop out to disconnect and the harness that runs from the speedo needs to be disconnected behind the dash, not at the cluster.
