just got home with 86 GN, 26k miles, same owner last 22 yrs, and all original!
of course it needs fillers, and few maint items, but couldn't pass it up,
even stopped by GBody parts, and picked up some stuff, and harassed Brian some,
8 days on the road, not my idea of fun,
won't make Bates, as have prior commitments ,

Ooooooh, nice!! I’m glad to see you got a black one. Those are the really fast ones. Lol

Congrats Lee. Let me know on the fillers. I know a guy. ;)
Too bad you can't make the Bates show. I think it's gunna be huge. Brian and Sandy from G Body are planning to fly out from NC.
Don Cruz/ Cruz Performance and Jeremy Oliver are donating an "installed" Holley system for the raffle. That alone is worth about $4600.00.
Got tons more stuff from the vendors at BG. Shooting for 100 Turbo Buicks strong on June 4th.

darn you guys, ( I had to blame someone) now see what you did,
john Gallinas (actually Marka's) 84 T type, race car, pretty much all the same setup, other than a some point
someone converted to intercooler, been in a barn for close to 20yrs, now in AZ,
no more cars! running out of room! garage aug 23 -2.jpggarage aug, 23.jpg

Isn’t that the car posted on Facebook TB about a month ago that was sitting rusting outside on a lawn? Looked like hell in the pictures but doesn’t look too bad in yours. Any other pics of it?

Hi Lee, I had seen the FS listing for Marka's car. Nice to see where it went. Rarely does anyone post a followup, even if it's just the state for the new owner to keep one's business private.

plenty of room under that roof. nothing a lineup of more lifts could not solve to maximize the vertical storage space for more toys.:D

be well. -Anthony

no rust, (ok, one dime size spot) but just dirty, from sitting in a barn for so long,
I'm getting parts to get it back to what it once was, its been 100+ degrees here every day,
and this old fart doens't do well in the heat, so progress is slow, pics when picked up at Brians GBodyParts,
I had the guy deliver it to Brians place, then I drove back and got it,

Lee, your pics look a lot better than the for sale pics. really cool the car cleaned up like it did. When it was posted for sale, I retrieved the Buick Power Pac book to view and compare the outline of the stickers with the old pics as interested to see how it was stored. Interesting to re-read that once Kenny D. doubled up the head gaskets, running 32 psi boost at 75 psi fuel pressure was a piece of cake. couple pics from the book below.

thanks, I had read that yrs ago, but forgot much of it,
just got fillers for it, and prepping them for paint,
you'd be shocked at the upgrades in and on the car,
definitely some $$$ spent on the car,
reading thru some notes, (included with the car)
forged crank, JE pistons, mark williams axles, heavily modded head, custom ground cam, etc, etc,
