Im planning to but hooker headers and cat back catalytic converters (no mufflers) do u think i could pass emisions?

Where are you located? If in CA, then, no. the Hooker hedders do not have an CARB executive order (approved aftermarket parts). Therefore it would fail the visual portion of the smog test.
