Well, I can give you the specs on my Casper's chip for the 86-87 models. I have no idea what difference the 85 chip would be, but this will give you an idea what it does anyway.
#0 = anti theft
#1 = valet, 12# boost, 4800 rev limiter, top speed 65, 16* timing
#2 = 14# boost, 22* timing, 5600 rev limiter (stock '87 chip)
#3 = 17# boost, 18* timing, 6000 rev limiter
#4 = 18# boost, 20* timing, 6000 rev
#5 = 18# boost, 22* timing, ditto
#6 = 18# boost, 24* timing, ditto
#7 = 19# boost, 26* timing, 6200 rev limiter
